‘Kākano’ is a collaborative tune between Huia and Baitercell (Chris Chetland).

 

Liquid DnB with manawa (spirit) with symphonic layers by Maestro Stewart Allen. 


With a global rise in conscious lyrical content for Electronic music, ‘Kākano’ is a tribute to the whakatauki (Māori proverb) ‘Ahakoa he iti, he pounamu’.

 

Sometimes the ‘seed’ is more important than the bloom…
